Astronomy to Gastronomy in France

This one-of-a-kind journey highlights France’s exceptional contributions to Astronomy, which may only be matched by its gastronomical pursuits!  In addition to our exploration of the stars at sites including the Musee Cluny, Paris Observatory, Mont St. Michel and the spectacular Observatory of Camille Flammarion, we’ll savor regional fare and other heavenly, and wholly French, pursuits. Inspirations such as Benedictine monk Dom Perignon’s discovery (after tasting champagne for the first time), “Come quickly, I am drinking the stars!” will be enjoyed along with our astronomical gastronomical studies! https://alumni.harvard.edu/travel/trips/astronomy-gastronomy-france-2018
